RNA is one of the essential molecules needed for life. DNA is made into RNA which then makes proteins. RNA play an active role in protein synthesis, gene expression and cell communication. There are different kinds of RNA in eukaryotes and prokaryotes and each of them have specific functions that protect genetic integrity.
DNA replication is the process though which the DNA in our cells gets copied. The process of DNA replication in our cell is far more complex but to use DNA in experiments, the process of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is used my many scientists. Through PCR scientists can make billions of copies of the DNA sequence they wish to work with.
DNA replication is an important process, which all-living organisms have. The replication process takes place in the cell. DNA is double stranded and it has four nucleotides that combine together to form the double helix. The nucleotides in the strands get attached together, through phosphodiester bonds. Those phosphodiester bonds form through DNA polymerase.
